The INTESOL membership is a 12-month membership - measured from annual conference to annual conference. The conference fee includes membership to the organziation; however, if you are unable to attend the conference and would still like to be a member, we are happy to offer you a membership-only option.
Register for the Conference!Registration for the 2024 INTESOL Conference is now open! The conference will be held in-person at the Mariott East Hotel in Indianapolis on Saturday, November 23rd. To reserve your place and receive a free one-year membership, please register using the link below. From 10/1/24 until the day of the conference, the rates will be: General In-Person - $175 USD Full time students - $100 USD Please note that groups of attendees may be registered by one person as long as that person can provide the full name, email address, and additional requested information for each participant. Choose the 'Add Guest' option for each additional person you wish to register. You may pay the group's cumulative fee by credit card or by choosing the "purchase order/invoice me" option. Meal details are to be announced. By registering, you are agreeing to pay the registration fee whether you attend the conference or not. Note: A prior option for digital-only registration has been removed due to lack of digital presentation proposals.
