Conference volunteers perform necessary and strategic functions that help to ensure the INTESOL Conference is a grand success! Each volunteer is asked to commit to a three-hour period of service that may fall before, during, or after the conference. Volunteer responsibilities are as follows:

• Set up registration & presentation rooms
• Assist with attendee registration
• Direct conference attendees to appropriate locations
• Assist with room transitions
• Troubleshoot technology as necessary
• Aid presenters by monitoring presentation times
• Pass out and collect surveys
• Clean up at conference end
